Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address day-to-day service needs ensuring a safe and attractive living environment for residents. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Certification Type II or Universal required (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests in a timely, accurate manner.
• Perform routine, preventive, scheduled, and emergency maintenance repairs across the property.
• Assist with apartment turnovers, renovations, painting, and cleaning of vacant units.
• Maintain safe, clean, and well-kept common areas, including landscaping and snow removal as needed.
• Provide guidance and training to apprentices and porters as applicable.
• Support compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
