Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance program across our community, preserving asset value and delivering customer-focused service. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor with no direct reports and requires readiness for weekend and after-hours calls.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred, Computer literacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with the maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Assist with monitoring inventory of parts and supplies.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance.
• Make daily inspections of the community.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident and company information.
• Provide customer service and exceed residents' expectations.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor with organizing and implementing a successful turn.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergency calls.
