Job summary

New Earth Residential LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee multiple apartment communities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure well-maintained facilities and resident appliances. This role demands strong leadership, reliable customer service, and the ability to handle after-hours calls.

Reporting to the Community Manager, you will coordinate preventive maintenance, work with vendors, and support occupancy goals while maintaining safety and quality across the properties.

• Able to engage with residents, staff, supervisors, and vendors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support all community operations under the Community Manager.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments promptly and to standards.
• Oversee maintenance, grounds, and common areas to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Coordinate with vendors, manage inspections, and uphold safety procedures.
• Be on-call for emergencies during nights and weekends.
