Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Technician to support community operations and maintenance. You will work under the Service Supervisor & Community Manager, performing general maintenance in common areas and ensuring timely completion of resident work orders.

You will respond to on-call needs, manage preventive maintenance, and collaborate with on-site staff, residents, vendors, and management to deliver a 5-star living experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification (HVAC & Refrigeration) preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Proven leader committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with ability to set priorities, manage time and achieve goals.
• Resourceful problem solver in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work with residents, staff and vendors.
• Proficient with Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provides support by performing general maintenance duties in common areas.
• Available for on-call responsibilities as needed.
• Ensures timely completion of service requests in occupied apartments per standards.
• Oversees maintenance, prioritizing resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Participates in preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical systems.
• Maintains cleanliness of grounds and common areas at all times.
• Adheres to safety protocols and delivers courteous service to residents.
