NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee a network of apartment communities, manage a team of technicians, and ensure well-maintained facilities and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive maintenance, and availability for after-hours emergencies. It offers a mentorship program, health benefits, and a 401(k) with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R certification encouraged.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Experience with facilities, maintenance, or property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support and oversee maintenance requests in occupied apartments.
• Oversee property maintenance to ensure resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Ensure grounds and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Respond to emergencies during nights/weekends as needed.
• Deliver 5-star resident service and maintain safety protocols.
