Job summary

NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is looking for a dedicated Service Technician to support community operations while reporting to the Service Supervisor & Community Manager. The role includes performing maintenance duties in common areas, completing service requests in a timely manner, and participating in preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, HVAC/R certification is preferred, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in business principles.
• HVAC/R certification is preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow detailed oral and written instructions.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Detail-oriented in maintaining community common areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance duties in common areas.
• Complete service requests in occupied apartments.
• Participate in preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and common areas.
• Ensure courteous and friendly service to residents.
