New Earth Residential LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Service Supervisor to oversee a network of apartment communities and lead a team of skilled technicians. You will ensure well-maintained grounds, facilities, and high-tech appliances stay in good working order.

This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach. The team relies on you to deliver excellent resident service, manage resources, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Capable of following precise oral and written instructions.
• Strong leader delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated with time management and goal setting.
• Problem solver able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.
• CPO certification is required; HVAC/R certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance support and be on-call as needed.
• Oversee independent completion of service requests in occupied apartments.
• Ensure property maintenance supports resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Lead preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems to preserve property value.
• Keep grounds and common areas clean and well-maintained.
• Adhere to safety precautions and deliver 5-star resident service.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory of parts and materials.
• Prepare for HUD inspections and engage with construction/management teams.
