NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC in Las Vegas seeks a Service Manager (Non-Exempt) to lead a network of apartment communities. You will supervise a team of technicians, oversee maintenance of facilities and grounds, and ensure residents enjoy well-functioning amenities and high-tech appliances.

Qualifications

• Capable of following precise oral and written instructions.
• Strong leader dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated, able to set priorities and achieve goals independently.
• Problem solver skilled in adapting to priority changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform maintenance tasks.
• Experience with maintenance supervision and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support and oversee property operations.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Ensure timely completion of service requests with high resident satisfaction.
• Oversee grounds, common areas, and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site staff.
