Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business fundamentals preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service mindset.

• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support community operations under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Perform general maintenance and respond to service requests promptly.
• Oversee maintenance and grounds to support resident satisfaction and occupancy goals.
• Engage in preventive maintenance and manage mechanical systems.
• Provide courteous service to residents and ensure a 5-star experience.
• Be on-call for nights and weekends as needed.
