Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a motivated leasing professional to support daily leasing tasks, respond to inquiries, and guide residents through the application and move-in process. You will work to maintain occupancy, execute leasing strategies, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a seamless resident experience.

This role requires high school diploma, strong communication skills, and prior leasing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity reasons.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and prepare property for showings, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to prospective residents and schedule tours.
• Explain lease options, move-in costs, and current promotions to drive occupancy.
• Build rapport with residents and prospects to achieve occupancy and retention goals.
• Coordinate with Café teams to collect documents and process applications.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and ensure Concord standards are met.
• Assist in renewing leases and handling move-out procedures and resident communications.
• Maintain knowledge of community features and local competitors.
