Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant in Missouri to manage leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations for a property. Regular onsite presence is required to greet prospects, tour the community, and sign leases.

Responsibilities include completing leasing paperwork, following up with leads within 24 hours, supporting marketing plans, and assisting in resident retention programs while ensuring high-quality service and compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Completes all leasing paperwork needed prior to move-in
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs
