Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Georgia property. Regular onsite attendance is essential; you will show units, qualify prospects, and process moves-ins while maintaining leasing data and supporting marketing efforts.

You must have a high school diploma, basic software skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing laws. The role includes resident retention activities and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Able to learn and use on-site leasing software.

Responsibilities

• Leasing and administration for property, including greeting and qualifying residents.
• Show property, conduct tours, collect applications, and sign leases.
• Maintain accurate leasing data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing outreach and implement leasing plans to hit goals.
• Handle resident requests, complaints, and retention initiatives.
• Assist with audits, unit turnover, and upkeep of common areas.
