Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant in Tallahassee to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property. This on-site role requires showing units, qualifying applicants, moving residents in, and handling leasing paperwork while delivering excellent customer service.

You will assist in marketing outreach, maintain accurate leasing data, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and support retention programs.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct leasing activities and close sales, including appointments and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and market surveys.
