Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales by generating leads, conducting tours, and following up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and turnover.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing plan execution and market surveys to drive traffic and leasing goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address resident questions and concerns.
