Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a property in Raleigh, NC. The role requires regular on-site presence to greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases, while handling paperwork and lead follow-up.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software functions.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations at the property.
• Regular on-site attendance is required and leasing activities performed.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in and assist with audits and unit turns.
• Maintain accurate traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in implementing annual marketing plans and outreach.
• Develop resident retention programs and support resident events and communications.
• Support general office upkeep and respond to resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
