Qualifications

• Experience in leasing and resident services.
• Strong customer service and verbal/written communication.
• Proficiency in coordinating administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing and marketing efforts for the community.
• Conduct move-in orientations and lease renewals.
• Generate and review reports on rent payments and occupancy.
• Process on-site rent payments and address delinquencies.
• Assist supervisor with rent increases and deposits as market conditions allow.
• Coordinate with teams to improve voucher holdership and compliance.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure goods receipt in the system.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Inspect vacancies and document conditions for deposits or charges.
• Support resident activities and community events.
