Job summary

You will help drive occupancy, train staff on closing techniques, supervise direct reports, and ensure accurate data in Yardi and related systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with apartment leasing lifecycle and renewals.
• Ability to manage budgets and operate within policy.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leading and managing direct reports.
• Lease and show apartments, maintain closing ratios.
• Monitor occupancy and renewals, stay aware of market pricing.
• Manage leasing process, traffic, paperwork, move‑ins/outs.
• Ensure accuracy of data in property software (Yardi).
• Support community events and tenant relations.
• Handle rent collections and reduce delinquency to target.
• Oversee maintenance of common areas and units.
