Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field highly preferred.
• Previous property management experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager with leading and managing direct reports.
• Tours and leases apartments; maintain a 33% closing ratio.
• Maintain high occupancy via market awareness and renewals.
• Handle leasing processes: traffic, qualification, paperwork, move-ins.
• Inspect move-in/move-out units and ensure readiness.
• Train staff on closing techniques to improve occupancy.
• Maintain model/vacant units; review market surveys.
• Support resident retention and community events.
