Redstone Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our Austin community to support all aspects of daily operations, including sales, leasing, rent collection, budgeting, and reporting. You will engage with residents and prospects, conduct tours, and help maintain occupancy goals in a fast-paced environment.

Working on-site, you will collaborate with the Property Manager and team to deliver exceptional resident experiences, ensure accurate administration, and uphold Redstone's

Qualifications

• Maintains a professional customer service level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Meet occupancy goals by presenting property and closing sales.
• Assist in leasing tours and processing online inquiries.
• Maintain resident ledgers and minimize delinquency.
• Manage rent collection and notices for late payments.
• Ensure timely reporting and filing of admin forms.
• Support Property Manager with disciplinary or promotional decisions.
• Participate in Redstone training as required.
