The role requires presenting properties to prospective clients, processing inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mindset, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present the property, and close leases to achieve occupancy goals.
• Assist in leasing tours, answer calls, and process online inquiries.
• Maintain resident ledgers and minimize delinquency through follow-up.
