Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations at a Texas property. You will greet visitors, tour the community, qualify prospects, and secure signings while maintaining accurate records and meeting closing targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.
• Close sales with appointments, tours, and follow-up.
• Complete leasing paperwork prior to move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units and turn process.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in resident retention programs and events.
• Contribute to office and common area upkeep.
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach.
• Review market surveys to generate ideas and plans.
• Maintain knowledge of property and market conditions; report weekly surveys.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to service requests.
• Project a positive image of the community and support objectives.
• Enforce community policies as directed.
