Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for onsite duties at a Florida property. You will greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, handle rent collections, and support resident satisfaction through clear communication and social media presence.

You will coordinate with the Community Manager, perform move-ins/outs, assist with notices and evictions when needed, and help maintain accurate records in the property management system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Background in accounting combined with customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, process applications, and manage leases and renewals.
• Process applications including credit checks and rental history verification.
• Show apartments and prepare move-ins, obtain signatures, and provide orientation.
• Manage lease renewals, notices, move-outs, and update management software.
• Handle rent collections and evictions as needed for financial compliance.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to questions and requests to resolve issues.
• Follow eviction procedures and assist with court proceedings as needed.
• Conduct market research and update Radix or equivalent; assist in social media presence.
