Mid Michigan Community Action Agency, Inc. seeks an Outreach Supervisor to provide administrative support across Outreach programs, protect client privacy, and report program outcomes for planning and grants.

You will supervise Warehouse staff and build partnerships with food distribution partners to strengthen community impact. The role supports USDA Food distribution and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance initiatives, recruits and trains VITA volunteers, and ensures site operations meet Quality

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience and leadership ability.
• Ability to present materials to community groups and organizations.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support to Outreach Department programs and processes.
• Protect customer privacy and maintain confidentiality.
• Collect, maintain, and report program data, outcomes, and community impact.
• Develop procedures to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise Warehouse staff and provide guidance.
• Foster relationships with food distribution partners.
• Support USDA Food distribution and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance programs.
• Recruit, train, certify, and report VITA volunteers.
• Oversee site operations and ensure Quality Site Requirements for VITA sites.
• Oversee fleet of Outreach department vehicles and trucks.
• Participate in staff meetings, conferences, and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
