Food Bank of Central New York is seeking a Programs Coordinator to support the Community Impact team. The role ensures program activities run smoothly, adheres to grant requirements, and helps meet community needs through data collection and cross‑department collaboration.

Responsibilities include coordinating initiatives, tracking participant information, assisting with budgets and reporting, and representing the Food Bank at events and outreach activities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social work, public administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Experience coordinating programs or nonprofit operations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Food Bank programs and initiatives.
• Collect and track program data, participant information, and feedback.
• Manage program orders through internal systems with accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth program operations.
• Build relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgets, grant documentation, and reporting.
