Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance records and Congregate Attendance Reports.
• Process payables and deposits for meals, donations, and SNAP payments.
• Prepare billings for alternative funding sources and monthly client statements.
• Assist with home-delivered and congregate meal deliveries and client inquiries.
• Coordinate with site coordinators and prepare materials for site visits.
• Support fundraising, communications, and grant administration duties.
