Project Access in Dixon, CA is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to design and implement programs that enhance community life for residents of all ages. You will serve as a vital link between residents and services, driving long-term outcomes in a proactive, autonomous role.

Responsibilities include coordinating after-school and senior programs, building partnerships with local providers, organizing events, and managing volunteer teams.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth.
• Experience in programs, activities, and events for seniors.
• Proficient with MS Office; basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs.
• Coordinate and oversee after-school and teen programs with homework assistance.
• Organize activities and events for seniors (bingo, arts and crafts, etc.).
• Plan and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions.
• Develop partnerships with local providers to deliver services.
• Organize monthly outreach and recruit volunteers.
