Qualifications

• Four years of experience in multi-family housing or social services, or a BA in Social Work or related field.
• Experience in after-school programs, senior programs, and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four pillars: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Conduct outreach and survey resident needs; engage with the community.
• Coordinate after-school and teen programs, including homework help and enrichment activities.
• Plan and oversee seniors' activities, including events like bingo and crafts.
• Independently plan, prepare, and deliver resident-facing workshops and sessions.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services.
