Regus Management Group, LLC is seeking a proactive Community Associate for our on-site location in Triadelphia, WV. You will support customers across various industries, manage daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth operations within the center.

You’ll handle inquiries, assist with services, and help coordinate events and communications, all while maintaining a high level of customer service and organization.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive in ownership of problems and solutions.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Experience with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Manage multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.
• Open and maintain customer inquiries, and ensure proper service charging and invoicing.
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi codes, directions, packages, and AV setup (projector).
• Open and update tickets in the service portal for center requests.
• Plan and coordinate networking events, write and send e-invites, and post center notices.
• Wrap up meetings and guide customers to nearby amenities after center hours.
