Job summary

RangeWater in Avondale, AZ seeks a Groundskeeper for Rev3 at Avondale Station to maintain the property's exterior spaces and amenities. You will perform routine landscape and curb appeal tasks to support a clean, safe living environment.

The role requires physical work, weekend availability, and a friendly customer-service approach to residents. Experience in property management is preferred, with a valid driver's license appreciated. We offer PTO, Holidays, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Rudimentary computer skills to access company software.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to the make-ready process.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices to residents as necessary.
• Informs supervisor of hazards or dangerous situations.
• Treats residents with respect and responds to complaints.
• Complies with safety policies and attends safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
