Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of our apartment communities and uphold curb appeal. You will perform basic repairs under supervision and work with the Service Manager to support daily operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior property management or maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license. RangeWater offers competitive benefits and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation of an apartment community.
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter and maintain neat common areas.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments and prepares units for occupancy.
• Assists with service requests and communicates with residents and supervisors.
• Follows safety policies and participates in required trainings.
