Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Completes minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspects community daily for litter and hazards.
• Keeps common areas neat and free of debris.
• Assists with make-ready process by clearing vacant apartments.
