Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features, curb appeal, and oversee minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager. You will inspect and tidy common areas, assist with make-ready trash removal, and respond to resident inquiries with professional customer service.

The role requires physical stamina, weekend availability as needed, and a valid driver's license; 40-hour week schedule may vary by site with standard weekday and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation.
• Licenses: Current Valid Driver's License.
• Physical requirements: able to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community daily to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Ensures all common areas, office space, and amenities are neat and free of litter.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and maintains dumpster/storage areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned.
• Distributes notices to residents and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Demonstrates customer service by addressing resident questions and concerns.
