The role emphasizes safety, resident interaction, and reliable, punctual work in a 40-hour week with standard site hours. Prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management or customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle basic maintenance and communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Inspects and maintains exterior grounds and amenities to ensure curb appeal.
• Handles litter removal, trash, and cleanliness in common areas and offices.
• Completes service requests and communicates hazards to supervisor.
• Assists with safety procedures and attends routine safety meetings.
