Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our community and support the Service Manager with repairs. You will help keep common areas neat, manage litter, and assist residents with maintenance needs.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds (150 with assistance). Weekend work may be necessary, and safety training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and, with assistance, up to 150 lbs.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Complete minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspect the community and remove litter, debris, and pet waste.
• Handle trash removal from vacant apartments and prep units during make-ready.
• Respond to resident questions and assist with maintenance requests.
