Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior appearance of our multi-family communities. You will perform grounds duties, assist with minor repairs, and support the service manager to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.

This role requires physical work outdoors, weekend availability, and a valid driver’s license. Prior property management or maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 pounds independently and up to 150 pounds with assistance.
• Weekend availability and outdoor work ability essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of the property.
• Complete minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.
• Inspect the community daily to remove litter and debris.
• Assist with removing trash from vacant apartments during make-ready.
• Distribute notices and communicate with residents as needed.
