Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior features and curb appeal of our multi-family communities. You will perform tasks to keep the grounds, amenities, and common areas clean and well‑maintained, with minor repairs as directed by the Service Manager.

You will inspect daily, remove litter, handle trash from vacant units, and respond to service requests while ensuring safety policies are followed and residents are treated with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management and customer service preferred.
• Computer skills to use company software for routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspect grounds and maintain curb appeal of the community.
• Complete service requests as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Assist with notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Inform supervisor of hazards or potentially dangerous situations.
• Demonstrate customer service by addressing resident questions and complaints respectfully.
