Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior features of multi-family communities and support the Service Manager. You will help preserve curb appeal, perform minor repairs, and ensure clean, safe common areas.

The role requires availability on weekends and a 40-hour schedule with varied site hours. Prior property maintenance and customer service experience are preferred, with comprehensive PTO and benefits described in the eligibility section.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience preferred: Property Management and Customer Service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day grounds operation.
• Computer skills: Rudimentary knowledge of company software and ability to perform standard tasks.

Responsibilities

• Inspects the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keeps common areas, offices, and amenities neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Removes trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and cleans dumpster areas.
• Completes service requests as assigned and communicates needs to supervisor.
• Distributes notices to residents and informs supervisor of hazards or safety issues.
• Demonstrates customer service by engaging residents and addressing complaints professionally.
