RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior grounds and curb appeal of our multifamily communities. You will perform routine upkeep, assist with make-ready tasks, and ensure neat common areas and amenities.

This role emphasizes safety, resident service, and teamwork within a property management environment. The ideal candidate has high school diploma/GED, strong attention to detail, and prior groundskeeping or maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining outdoor spaces and common areas of multifamily properties.
• Basic computer skills to access property software.
• Ability to work weekends and outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain community grounds for curb appeal.
• Remove litter and debris from common areas and amenities.
• Complete service requests and assist with make-ready tasks in vacant units.
• Communicate hazards and safety concerns to supervisor with timely reporting.
