Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior of apartment communities and support property operations. You will perform grounds maintenance, assist with minor repairs, and ensure curb appeal while delivering friendly, responsive service to residents.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and availability on weekends. You will participate in routine safety meetings and support a team‑oriented work environment across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management or customer service preferred to manage day-to-day grounds operation.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to 50 pounds and 150 pounds with assistance.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Maintain common areas, office space, and amenities neat and clean.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments before make‑ready and clean dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned and distribute notices to residents as needed.
• Report hazards or potentially dangerous situations to supervisor promptly.
• Provide courteous customer service, addressing resident questions and concerns about maintenance.
• Attend safety meetings and complete required OSHA-related training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
