Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the exterior, amenities, and curb appeal of our multifamily communities. You will perform routine upkeep and assist with minor repairs under the direction of the Service Manager. The role emphasizes strong customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Weekend availability and reliable transportation are required. Hours typically 40 per week, with shifts starting before leasing offices open.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Experience: Property management and customer service background preferred
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and 150 pounds with assistance

Responsibilities

• Inspect the community daily and remove litter, debris, and pet droppings.
• Keep common areas neat and free of litter inside and outside.
• Remove trash from vacant apartments prior to make-ready and clean dumpster/storage areas.
• Complete service requests as assigned and communicate hazards to supervisor.
• Engage with residents with respect and address questions about maintenance services.
• Complies with safety policies and attends routine safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
