Sun Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance across our communities. You will handle home and facility repairs, cleaning, and upkeep of grounds and utility systems, while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in maintenance or related work preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on rental homes and facilities.
• Clean and maintain grounds, streets, and common areas daily.
• Inspect irrigation, water systems, and meters where applicable.
• Assist with move-in/move-out site readiness and inspections.
• Operate tools and light equipment safely and report issues.
