Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership role in Greenville, NC to drive financial performance, oversee associate development, and model exceptional customer service under the One Best Way standard.

You will supervise hourly associates, implement action plans to improve safety and operations, and coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs while upholding Walmart's values and integrity.

Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports supervision experience including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
