Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach programs, representing Walmart to external organizations and supporting associate involvement.
• Ensures compliance with policies, analyzes reports, and monitors asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development for hourly associates, including coaching, assigning duties, evaluating performance, and promoting belonging.
• Models exceptional customer service and resolves customer issues, supporting store initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses.
