Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University with experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead community outreach, manage associates, and drive store performance while upholding Walmart values.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, safeguard assets, and oversee safety and operational integrity.
• Develop and mentor teams, set expectations, and promote a culture of belonging and customer-centric service.
