Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach programs by supporting associates and managers in engaging with community organizations.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates and resolves customer issues using the One Best Way approach.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing PL statements and controlling expenses to align with sales.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and develops plans to improve performance.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring, training, mentoring and recognizing performance.
