Qualifications

• 2 years of college or equivalent; OR 1 year of retail experience with 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience with 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to recruit, train and mentor associates.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store sales and manage financial performance including budgeting and cost control.
• Supervise hourly associates, set expectations, recognize performance and promote belonging.
• Coordinate store operations, merchandising, inventory flow and policy compliance.
• Communicate goals, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvements.
