Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Supervises and mentors hourly associates; sets expectations and recognizes performance.
• Reviews PL statements and manages budgeting, forecasting, and expenses for the store area to meet sales goals.
• Ensures compliance with policies and supports ethics, integrity, and Open Door policy.
• Drives customer service initiatives and uses data insights to improve the customer experience.
