Job summary

Walmart in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a capable leader to support the store's community outreach and daily operations. You will supervise hourly associates, mentor teams, and help drive Open Door policy and customer service standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs by encouraging and supporting associates and managers.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards following Walmart's OBW and EDLP/EDLC models.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and controlling expenses.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, supporting plans to meet customer and business needs.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, promoting a belonging mindset.
