Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance and promoting a belonging mindset.
• Drives financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
