Gallery Residential is seeking a Community Director to lead the on-site team and maximize financial performance across a multifamily asset in Houston. This role ensures compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and related regulations while sustaining company culture and client relationships.

The Community Director will drive leasing, budgeting, and operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver industry-leading service and occupancy targets.

Formación

• Leadership and team mentoring capabilities.
• Strong communication and tenant relations skills.
• Experience with sales, customer service, revenue/expense management, and financial planning.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and mentors on-site team and manages performance.
• Hires, onboards and trains team in line with company policies and values.
• Assists in managing owner relationships with property tours and updates on performance.
• Provides input into budgets by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Meets revenue targets by setting rent levels, collecting and posting rents, and preparing monthly reports.
• Oversees lease enforcement, including inspections and eviction procedures as allowed by policy.
• Ensures maintenance meets safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
